I recently hired Rio Vista Contracting for a project at my home and had a great experience from start to finish. They did our shop door framing and siding and honestly did an amazing job. Communication was clear and consistent, they answered all my questions, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The crew was professional, respectful of my property, and paid close attention to detail. The project was completed on time, their pricing was very affordable for the quality of work they delivered, and the final result turned out even better than I expected. It is not easy to find a contractor who is reliable and truly cares about the quality of their work, and I would absolutely hire them again for future projects.

My wife and I had much work to be done on our home. First was the siding. Second was the roof and third job was the gutters. Edgar worked with us on which materials to use. Edgar & his crew recently worked in my home to repair some water damage. They replaced tile floors in 2 bathrooms & a laundry room. This involved removing & replacing the toilets and vanities. They also repaired sections of drywall that had gotten wet & had to be removed, and rebuilt a pantry closet top to bottom. The tile work is beautiful & the drywall repair is perfect. They were very easy to work with, worked quickly & just got it done. All of their work was very professional. I highly recommend them! Thank you Edgar & crew for your excellent work!

Edgar & his crew have done 2 very different projects at our home in Oak Harbor. The 1st involving demo, removal of old insulation, installation of all new insulation, drywall, mud, texture & paint. They work well as team with the utmost quality in mind, in a timely fashion, at a fair price. The 2nd involved installation of a Murphy bed including all the cabinets that came together as a system. The cabinets & bed were disassembled prior to our move. Then needed to be reassembled & installed into the current bedroom area. With no instruction book, Edgar & his crew methodically rebuilt with a great deal of patience & foresight in putting together what has become a beautiful layout. A room which in fact has a great deal of ambiance. We would highly recommend Rio Vista! With a wide range of expertise, precision to detail at fair price.
